For the most part, the representations women have of power condition their style of management. The assumption is that women implement a different management style than men as a result of their effective or alleged eligibility to acquire economic power. Today such differences are valued so as to sustain the presence of women on Boards of Directors. However, this enhanced value might be a problem since it may confine women to their own differences or stereotypes.
